Wednesday Night Warfare! Episode: 22
Over The Under
The show opens with the usual 2FW intro set to "Rumble Fish" by Sevendust. When it ends, we fade to Dave Prazak and Eric Gargulo in the studio.
EG: Welcome 2FW fans to another exciting episode of Wednesday Night Warfare here on HBO. I'm Eric Gargulo and he's Dave Prazak, Mr. Prazak tell us what we would be going over tonight on Wendesday Night Warfare.
DP: Well Eric tonight we will see Austin Aries taking on Low Ki in an SWA and 2FW Super J Cup match, also in a similar match up, KENTA will be taking on Lance Storm. Also the very unlikely duo of Kid Kash, Returning as David Jericho teaming with Chris Jericho going against James Mitchell's Brothers of Mercy, B-Boy and Luke Hawx. In our main event, Steve Corino goes against Michael Facade to get rid of him.
EG: That's right folks, Commissioner Steve Corino has now become the Josef Stalin of professional wrestling. His main focus is to get rid of Facade and anyone else who stands in his way of achieving the Universal Championship. He's threatened me, you, Al Snow, everyone! Anyway, let's not waste anymore time, lets go down to the ring here in the 2FW Arena.
We Transition to ringside where "Elimination" by Overkill plays through out the arena and Austin Aries walks out from the curtains.
Jeremy Borash: Ladies and gentlemen your opening contest is scheduled for one fall and it is a 2FW-SWA Super J Cup Match! Introducing first, from Milwaukee Wisconsin, he is Austin Aries!
DP: Austin Aries one half of The Eliminators 2.0, former tag champ, decently lost his title acouple days ago, looks to get a big victory here tonight.
As Aries runs the ropes, the song changes to "Rio Grande Blood" by Ministry and Low Ki appears from the curtains, eventually making his way into the ring.
JB: And his opponent, from Brooklyn New York, he is Low Ki!
Opening Contest, 2FW-SWA Super J Cup: Austin Aries vs Low Ki[/u]
EG: Here we go Prazak, this is gonna be good.
The bell sounds and the two go into a test of strength, Aries easily takes Ki to the ground who then kips up and breaks the lock. The two circle one another and then engage in a collar and elbow tie up; Aries locks on a side headlock, Ki pushes him off into the northern ropes and Aries nails a big shoulder tackle. Aries looks for the pendulum elbow early but Ki moves in time and hits a leg drop. Ki then quickly whips Aries off the western ropes and hits a Koppu kick, Aries rolls to the outside north of the ring, Ki then instinctively bounces off the southern ropes and nails a suicide dive on Aries to the north.
DP: Air Low Ki has landed!
Ki takes Aries off the floor and whips Aries towards the eastern guardrail, but Aries jumps up and hits a back elbow. Aries then brings Ki back into the ring, covers him, and gets a two count. Aries picks Ki off the mat and looks for a German Suplex, Ki then lands on his feet and hits a butterfly suplex and immediately locks on a butterfly lock. Aries struggles against it but Ki breaks the hold to argue with the ref, Aries gets to his knees leaving himself open for the sickening kicks to the chest by Ki. Ki then finishes him off with a kick to the side of the head and pins him but gets a two count. Ki then places Aries on the top rope of the western ropes, he then scales the south western ropes and looks for the double stomp, but Aries lands his feet on the apron allowing kick to land on the mat. Aries then follows up with a slingshot neck-breaker, pins Ki, and gets a two count.
EG: Aries is starting to fight back and fight strong, what a neck breaker.
The two get up and Ki fires a sickening kick to the ribs. He then fires another rib kick and bounces off the norther ropes, he looks for a koppu kick but Aries catches him and nails a power bomb into a cutter almost knocking the wind out of both men, the two slowly get up and once they get to their feet they trade kicks and punches back and forth. Ki goes for another rib kick but Aries catches and hits a dragon screw, then the two are up and Aries hits a brain buster in the center of the ring. Aries slowly rises to his feet as the crowd gets behind him, Aries then climbs the south western turnbuckle and nails a four fifty splash off the top and gets the three count on Ki.
Winner: Austin Aries
DP: What an exciting match up to kick off Wednesday night warfare. Hopefully Kenta and Lance Storms match will be just as good.
EG: I hope so too. Folks don't go anywhere we'll be right back!
We cut to commercial.
Commercial
We come back from commercial break and B-Boy and Luke Hawx are in the ring.
EG: Look at those two religious wackos in James Mitchell's cult. Can you believe the shit that man spews!
DP: He said he found Jesus.
EG: Yeah, he found Jesus mowing somebody's lawn.
DP: Jesus mows lawns?
The New Church theme cuts to "Rainbow In The Dark" by Dio and "Lionheart" Chris and Dave Jericho come from the curtains and walk down to the ring.
JB: And their opponents, From Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. They're the team of Chris and David Jericho, they're The Lionhearts!
EG: The rather odd team of David Jericho aka Kid Kash and Chris Jericho debuts for the first time here in 2FW.
Tag Team Action: B-Boy and Luke Hawx vs The Lionhearts
The bell tolls as David and B-Boy start the match off. The two lock up and Dave gets the advantage with a side headlock. B-Boy pushes him to the eastern ropes and Dave hits a springboard frankensteiner, the two get up quick and B-Boy takes Dave down with an arm drag, and tries to ground him by stretching the arm. B-Boy then transitions into a cross arm-bar, and inches his way over to tag in Hawx, who then hits a slingshot elbow onto the stretched arm of Dave. Hawx then makes a quick cover and gets a one count, Hawx taunts Chris as he hammerlock scoop slams Dave in the center of the ring and bounces off the southern ropes hitting a flashing elbow. He covers Dave and gets a two count, he then whips Dave off the eastern ropes, who the springboards off the west with a dropkick and quickly takes the tag to Chris. Chris also nails a springboard dropkick off the west on Hawz as soon as he rises to his feet; the two the get up kick, Chris fires a boot to the gut and hits a double under-hook power bomb which gets him a two count.
DP: Chris is really pulling out the lionheart moves in this contest a picture perfect double under-hook power bomb.
Chris takes Hawx into his corner and tags in Dave, the two then whip Hawx off the southern ropes and hit a double spin kick to the gut on the rebound. Dave locks on a lion tamer as Chris bounces off the western ropes and dropkicks Hawx straight in the face. Hawx refuses to give in however, as B-Boy comes in and gives Dave a shinning wizard, he quickly goes back into his corner just so Hawx can tag him in and work on Dave more. B-Boy lays some stomps into him, whips him off the western ropes and nails a death valley bomb, somehow still getting a two count.
EG: Both teams trying ever so desperately to get the victory here, and that sickening death valley bomb proves it.
B-Boy whips Dave into the south eastern corner, but Dave hits his signature double jump frankensteiner, the two are up and Dave charges a B-Boy who gives a drop toe-hold causing Dave to smack his head against the second rope in the north western corner. Dave lays in the corner as B-Boy charges from the opposite and nails his signature boot scrape he calls "the face-lift." Chris comes out of his corner and nails a springboard elbow drop on a resting B-Boy who laid on the ropes; Chris walks away and taunts, Hawx comes out of his corner and gives him a cross legged fisherman buster and Dave breaks the count.
DP: And there's David with the save! This match would've been over if it weren't for him!
Dave then lifts Hawx off of Chris and hits his signature Double Under-Hook Pile-driver and this time B-Boy breaks up the count. B-Boy then lifts Dave in a half nelson and drops him in a wheelbarrow driver, shocking everyone as he dropped Dave on his head. He then pins Dave to a three count while Hawx pushes Chris to the floor.
Winners: Luke Hawx and B-Boy
EG: James Mitchell's goons won the damn match! It was rigged!
B-Boy and Hawx then attack the Lionhearts. Messiah, Christian Faith, Raven and James Mitchell all come out to join the brawl; they stomp away on the Lionhearts and the Young Bucks come to make the save, but are taken down by Messiah and Faith. Soon Supreme comes in swinging a flaming two by four, hits Faith in the stomach and then the back before he cleans house.
DP: Supreme is getting his revenge on The Brothers of Mercy for attacking him at Blood Cuts and Glory.
We cut to the back with Steve Corino in his office facing out the window, looking out into the ocean. He's talking on the phone with somebody but doesn't realize his phone is on speaker, or that the camera is peering through the door.
?: Did you get rid of Facade?
SC: -sighs- Sadly I didn't.
?: What the fuck did we tell you Steve!? You were suppose to get rid of those who are unworthy and he is an unworthy competitor!
SC: Look I'm trying okay!? Tonight I'm wrestling him and hopefully after this he'll be gone!
?: You said that the fucking last time Steve and look what happened! He's still here! You won't be at that position you want so much unless you get rid of some people, as well as get rid of that fellow who currently holds that position. That's the reason why we left. It was filled with too many worthless people.
SC: I understand, however he wants a shot at the Universal Championship if he beats me tonight.
?: You can't let that happen Steve! If you do, the Four Pi will be very very angry and disappointed in you. As if we're not angry or disappointed enough.
SC: I know, all I can say is that I'll do my best to get rid of Facade and others. I'll also have your money within the next month.
?: Good, it is The Protocol 5 correct?
SC:...Yes...all of it is.
?: Good, we'll speak to you again soon.
We cut back to the Arena where Lance Storm's WCW theme plays and he walks down to the ring.
EG: The hell was that about? Something about getting rid of "that fellow"? What does this mean?
DP: And what is Corino's relation with this Four Pi thing? And "Protocol 5"?
EG: Things are starting to get very strange around here.
Kenta soon makes his way into the ring as Prazak and Gargulo discuss what is possibly going on. As soon as Kenta steps into the ring we cut to commercial.
2FW-SWA Super J Cup: KENTA vs Lace Storm
We cut back from commercial to see Lance Storm have Kenta in a side headlock. Kenta pushes him into the western ropes and hits a big clothesline, followed by another big clothesline, but Storm stops his momentum with a dropkick causing him to back up into the north western corner. Storm stomps away at the gut and then follows up with chops to the chest, Kenta blocks a chop and turns the tables, firing machine gun chops to the chest of Storm. Storm then blocks a chop and fires a big right hand out of the corner, Storm continues to fire right hands as he whips Kenta off the western ropes and hits an atomic drop, followed by a single leg drop kick. Storm then quickly latches on a single leg crab on Kenta to weaken the leg strength.
DP: A very smart strategy by Storm try and take out the legs. That is definitely where KENTA is his strongest.
Storm keeps the crab on tight as Kenta struggles to get out of it. He does escape however by firing kicks to the head with his other leg, Storm breaks the hold and lands forearms across the shoulders and bounces off the southern ropes only to have Kenta kick him in the face. As Kenta goes for the pin, Storm takes out another leg with a heel hook. After Kenta fights against it for awhile, Storm then transitions to an ankle lock; Kenta reaches the ropes and Storm fires away on him as he gets up, Storm locks his hands around the waist and tosses Kenta with a German suplex but Kenta lands on his feet and hits a tiger supex. The two slowly get up and Kenta fires away with rapid slaps to the face and chest of Storm, followed by a spinning back-fist and a roundhouse kick, Kenta then bounces off the northern ropes and hits his signature Busaiku Jumping Knee to the face of Storm. He then covers him but only gets a two count.
EG: Kenta is looking for his first J Cup victory in this one and he will do anything to get it! He's trying ever so desperately to get some points on the board for him.
Storm goes to a Kneeling position as Kenta rises to his feet. Kenta fires rapid kicks to the chest of Storm, as he slowly gets up, once Storm rises to his feet Kenta puts him back down with a discuss Lariat. Kenta awaits for Storm to get up again and once he does, he looks for the go to sleep but Storm escapes and hits a super kick knocking out the wind out of both men. The two slowly get up and begin trading elbows back and forth, Kenta once again nails the rapid slaps to the face and Chest, back-fist, round house kick and looks for the Knee but Storm ducks. Storm then looks for another super kick but Kenta ducks, who then follows up with a shot to the gut and then nails the go to sleep, hooks the leg, and gets the three count.
Winner: Kenta[/u]
DP: What a big win for KENTA! He's finally gotten some points on the board in the J Cup!
EG: What athleticism these two had, what a match.
Kenta celebrates as Storm rises to his feet. Kenta extends his hand and to show respect Storm shakes it as we cut to commercial.

EG: Ladies and gentlemen welcome back to Wednesday Night Warfare, for those just tuning in It's Main event time as Facade goes one on one with the man who wants him gone, the Josef Stalin of wrestling Steve Corino.
We cut from Facade to the entrance way as Steve Corino's old school style theme comes on and he bursts from the curtain getting a ton of boos from the audience.
JB: And his opponent, from Sea Isle City, New Jersey, he is the commissioner of 2FW he is Steve Corino!
Main Event: Facade vs Steve Corino
As Corino approaches ringside, Facade flies over the south western turnbuckle with a somersault plancha. He then picks Corino up and looks to whip him into the northern guardrail which Corino does as a counter; Corino then starts hammering away on the head, he grabs a fans chair and swings but Facade moves and Corino hurts his hands from the guardrail and chair colliding. Facade looks for a tornado DDT but Corino counters with a northern lights suplex onto the floor. Corino brings Facade into the ring where he pins him and gets a two count, Corino gives some elbows to the jaw and whips Facade off the northern ropes who hits a springboard moonsault and pins Corino to a two count. Facade brings Corino into the north eastern corner and lands a series of kicks on him before setting up a tornado DDT but in mid flight Corino counters with a sit out spine-buster resulting in a two count.
DP: Back and forth action between both of these two here, Corino not wanting to let down whoever he was talking to earlier and Facade not wanting to lose his job.
Corino lifts Facade off the mat who begins to fight back, he whips Corino off the northern ropes who looks to turn it around and hit a kick to the gut, but Facade gets the kick first, bounces off the eastern ropes, Corino ducks the clothesline and hits a huge backdrop suplex resulting in a two count. Corino picks Facade off the mat and Facade fights back, whipping Corino off the eastern ropes, Corino counters with a whip and Facade hits a springboard spinning wheel kick knocking the wind out of both of them. Corino pins Facade is angry at the fact that he got a two count and begins to take it out on ref Bryce Rumsberg.
EG: Don't take it out on him Corino! He's doing his damn job!
DP: Corino has anger issues!
Facade gets a school boy on Corino and gets a two count. Corino kicks out so hard that Facade goes flying into Bryce Rumsberg and crushes him in the corner. Corino pulls in a chair from the nearby time keeper's table and smacks it over Facades head; Corino covers him and pounds on the mat to wake up Rumsberg, and then tries to shake him. Corino turns around to only have Facade throw a chair at him and hit a spinning wheel kick, Facade then places the chair on Corinos chest and goes to the northern apron to hit the springboard swantom crushing the chest of Corino, Facade pins him just as Rumsberg awakens and slowly gives the three count.
Winner: Facade
EG: What a win for Facade! He keeps his job once again!
DP: He also gets a shot against the champ!
As Facade celebrates we cut back to Eric Gargulo and Dave Prazak in the studio
